Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly Professional subscription at any time through PayPal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not remove access already paid for in the current billing period.

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or when a duplicate or unauthorized charge is verified. For a billing question, keep the PayPal transaction ID and use the contact path shown in your account communications.

PayPal processes payment credentials and subscription billing; OTC Filing Watch does not store payment-card details or PayPal login credentials.
